The decorate in this shop has a luxury looks. There has many pieces of woods in many colors placed like a chocolate bar on the wall. On the other wall and ceiling was decorated by colorful mosaic with a lot of round lamp in the different level over the counter to be more interesting. This shop was designed by Japanese designer whom design for all shops in the same theme.

One of top hit flavours, Infiniment Rose come in a sweet pink with white stuff sweet taste, sweet smelling from petal rose – the main ingredient.
Infiniment Caramel in pale brown. Sweet than bitter and just a perfect sweet.
Mogador in pale yellow with brown as chocolate dots. Full-flavoured of milk chocolate and sour from passionfruit.
Infiniment Chocolat Paineiras in brown with pure origin Brazillian and dark chocolate paineiras. Full-flavoured of chocolate persuade you to think about chocolatechips.
Huile d’Olive & Vanille in pale green like olive. It’s a new flavour. Sweet and fragrant with vanilla and olive oil. It’s a good combination that we never met before.
One of a new flavour Mutine in white almost yellow with milk chocolate brown stuff. Inside the shell it has a sweet taste and unique taste of coconut by small pieces all around.
Montebello a colorful macaron by pale green and red. One of a new flavour too. Pistachio and Raspberry compote.
Réglisse Violette a new flavour in pink violet and dark violet. It’s a new weird combination of Licorice and violet.
Chocolat & Foie Gras in red with gold sparkle color at the shell with brown color stuff. A good example of combination between food and dessert. By Chocolate sweet not bitter with Foie gras!
Églantine, Figue & Foie Gras in white color with brown stuff. Made from wild rose, fig and Foie gras.
Now they have about 18 flavours and could be reduced or increased because the ingredients need to grow by seasons. When you buy the macarons, you should eat in 4 days count from the buying date. After this its taste would changed or if you can keep this in 4 degree celsius its taste wouldn’t changed. Before eat you should prepare it in room temperature about 30 mins.
Chuao Outside is dark chocolate flavour with cream pure origin chocolate stuff and sour black current to show fruity taste by clearly.
Lou Outside is dark chocolate flavour with fresh ginger cream stuff and sugar glazed. When you chew it, you can feel ginger pieces give you a taste of hot like ginger after chocolate taste away then added sweet from milk chocolate.
Mogador Outside is milk chocolate with good smell and sour passion fruit, milk chocolate stuff.
Infiniment Citron Outside is dark chocolate with lemon tart and its skin. Full of sour and sweet-smell from lemon like an ice-cream lemon flavour and maybe much more than in ice-cream!
Mathilda Outside is milk chocolate with small baked almond pieces. Inside is almond cream, lemon skin and crispy wafer. So this piece will has a little sour taste and fatty from nut.
Balthazar Outside is milk chocolate with cinnamon cream stuff so strong almost cover caramel with milk chocolate.
Other than keep in cool and dry with 15-18 degree celsius. Use food film cover box if you will put it into the refrigerator. Recommended to eat in a peaceful place with an empty stomach to feel the excellent taste of chocolate.
